LaserLand originally opened a franchise in Mississauga in
1988 which relocated from 2001 to 2005
to an Oakville building featuring
individualized display rooms in a
home-like atmosphere. Mail order
services was provided for customers coast-to-coast
in Canada and in many other countries
around the world.
Internet convenience has transformed LaserLand
Canada into an online information and shopping business. Today, the "bricks and
mortar" are gone; that is, the walk-in retail store is gone. Our

Return Policy
If at anytime within 30 days you are not fully pleased with the performance, video quality, or sound quality with any hardware item purchased from us, we will gladly repair, replace or exchange that product for any other equivalently priced product that we have available. We regret that due to vendor restrictions, we
cannot
accept returns on opened discs, except defectives, which will be replaced by the same disc.

Please e-mail our returns department at LaserLand Returns. They will help you with any return
questions, and provide you with an RA # if required.
Please read the following before applying for an RA #:
- A Return Authorization must be obtained before sending any product back to
us. Any merchandise returned without an RA number will be refused and not processed.
- Software, as a copyrighted item, must either be returned factory sealed or with a manufacturing defect. Defective items will be exchanged for another of the same item.
- All product must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective hardware or software returns.
- Any returns received with apparent misuse, neglect, or any other evidence that the manufacturer's warranty has been
voided will be returned to the customer.
No refund or exchange will be allowed. Repairs may be
requested at customer's prepaid expense.
For your protection, we suggest shipping your return package with insurance coverage for damage or loss.
